  • A cup of cooked oats
  • ½ lemon

How to apply?

In a cup of cooked oats, add the juice of half a lemon and 1 teaspoon of honey. Give it a nice mix to form a thick paste.

This has to be applied all over your skin, followed by a gentle massage. Let it stand for half an hour and wash with warm water. Do it once or twice a week.
