Warnings
For external use only.
Keep out of reach of children.
For Children (2 – 12 years): Application should be supervised by an adult.
Avoid Contact With Eyes: if this happens, rinse thoroughly with water. If condition worsens or if symptoms persist for more than seven (7) days or clear up and occur again within a few days, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.
If overdose or accidental ingestion occurs, call a Poison Control Center immediately.

Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if the following symptoms appear: weakness, confusion. headache, difficulty breathing and/or pale, gray or blue coloured skin as these may be signs of methemoglobinemia, a rare disorder, which may appear up to two (2) hours after use.
Do not use over raw surfaces or blistered areas.

I normally don’t use numbing cream because tattoos normally don’t bug me so much, but I decided to get a bigger piece on my side and let me tell you, it is such a pain. However, I used this on my second session and felt nothing... you can feel slight pinching as it is a needle touching your skin but the pain is literally at a 0. I did not prep my skin the correct way so I basically rubbed the cream over and forgot to cover so not a lot of it was absorbed but it still lasted a good 2 hours! I do recommend wrapping yourself after you put the cream on as it will last so much longer and probably would end up feeling more numb than how it ended for me. (I have six tattoos, technically 8 but two cover ups)
I am a dude with a hairy back and I finally had enough with trying to shave it every time I wanted to go to the beach. I found a place that does laser hair removal and went in for session #1..... IT HURT! I mean I even had them reduce the intensity 2 levels below what they recommended and it still HURT! I was about to cancel my follow up appointment but heard DR. Numb has helped people. So I decided to give it a chance.
An hour before my appointment I had a friend rub a layer into my back (like sun screen) then I had him cake on a layer. I followed up by wrapping myself up in saran wrap (supposedly the heat would help activate the active ingredient) I left it on for an hour. When I took it off I could feel a numb sensation.
Here is the IMPORTANT PART: If you use this for laser hair, you NEED to wash this off before going into the appointment. If you don't the pain will be more than you would ever think possible. It would do the opposite of the intent. I guess the laser is affected by the cream and will burn the skin really bad.
The laser was set to the max strength for my skin and I could barely feel it! It was night and day. I couldn't recommend this enough if you have had trouble with laser hair like I did.
(I also took 3 Tylenol 30 min before the treatment.... I wasn't about to take any chances after my first experience)
The numbness lasted about 3.5 hours. It is now 5 hours after applying and it is about 90% back to normal feeling.
